John Arthur
President & CEO
Mr. Arthur was formerly the Program Manager for NextWave Wireless’s NY-Metro Region. He was responsible for management, engineering, and implementation of PCS networks for the New York market as well as national implementation and construction standards for NextWave.
Prior to joining NextWave, Mr. Arthur held several positions with Loral’s Weather Systems division in Great Neck, New York, and was involved with numerous military and commercial projects in the fields of electronics packaging, radar, and antenna system design.
Mr. Arthur received a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of New York, a member of the Association of Public-safety Communications Officials – International (APCO) and a member of the New York Landmarks Conservancy Professional Circle. Mr. Arthur is credited with several U.S. and international patents in antenna and component design. Currently, Mr. Arthur is serving on the WIA’s President’s Advisory Board.

Ed Dawson
Vice President of Site Development
Mr. Dawson brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate and construction management to the Wireless EDGE team. Mr. Dawson was formerly VP of Corporate Development at Crosslink Wireless, responsible for over 200 employees while leading business development and operations. His responsibilities included negotiating carrier and turf vendor master service contracts and he provided lead marketing for seven corporate offices nationwide.
In 1998, Mr. Dawson joined Berliner Communications Inc. as Site Acquisition Director and led a large team of Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialists on many projects for all the major carriers nationwide. Key markets included New York Tri-State area, Boston, Rhode Island, Chicago, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio and Mid-Atlantic.
Prior to the telecommunications industry Mr. Dawson was a property manager in New York City for Clifford Companies managing a portfolio of buildings in the downtown Wall Street area. Responsibilities included managing building staff, leasing, and construction of tenant improvements. Mr. Dawson attended the NYU School of Real Estate and Construction of Professional Studies and received his Real-Estate license in 1986.

Malcolm Worthington
Senior Operations Director
Mr. Worthington joined Wireless EDGE in 2009 to support logistics and field installations for tower development and government facility projects, including production of the Next Generation NOAA Profiler Network (NGNPN) project. In 2014, Mr. Worthington directed procurement, logistics and field installation for NASA’s 50 MHz Wind Profiler system at Kennedy Space Center. Mr. Worthington supervised radar technical installation projects for NOAA’s Alaska network, Wireless EDGE’s Homer Alaska municipal tower project and supports the company’s ongoing tower construction and maintenance operations.
Previously, Mr. Worthington was Director at Sirius Satellite Radio since 2002 and was responsible for implementation, logistics and operations support of their terrestrial network from the initial build out, through launch and operations. Prior to Sirius, Mr. Worthington held several positions at Lucent, Butler Telecom and British Telecom working on numerous telecommunications in the UK and deployment areas overseas.
