John Arthur

President & CEO

John Arthur is the founder of Wireless EDGE and has been the principal executive since the company’s inception in 1998. He is responsible for tower business development including municipal and public agency projects. Mr. Arthur has an extensive background in wireless implementation, engineering and construction.

Mr. Arthur was formerly the Program Manager for NextWave Wireless’s NY-Metro Region. He was responsible for management, engineering, and implementation of PCS networks for the New York market as well as national implementation and construction standards for NextWave.

Prior to joining NextWave, Mr. Arthur held several positions with Loral’s Weather Systems division in Great Neck, New York, and was involved with numerous military and commercial projects in the fields of electronics packaging, radar, and antenna system design.

Mr. Arthur received a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of New York, a member of the Association of Public-safety Communications Officials – International (APCO) and a member of the New York Landmarks Conservancy Professional Circle. Mr. Arthur is credited with several U.S. and international patents in antenna and component design. Currently, Mr. Arthur is serving on the WIA’s President’s Advisory Board.

David Campbell

National Tower Operations Manager

David Campbell is responsible for the delivery of construction projects, developing new tower assets and management of capital improvement projects across the Wireless EDGE’s tower portfolios.

Mr. Campbell brings 22 years of wireless experience to the Wireless EDGE team. Before joining Wireless EDGE, Mr. Campbell was a Site Development Manager at Dish Networks where he established a team of site acquisition specialists and construction managers to launch the Dish Wireless network in the New England markets. He was responsible for the leasing, zoning and construction efforts.

Since 1999, Mr. Campbell has spearheaded project operations for macro and small cell projects in Upstate New York, New York City, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine markets for wireless carriers such as Ericsson, Sprint and Clearwire.

Mr. Campbell received a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Project Management from Johnson & Wales University.

Sam Humeniuk

Vice President of Business Development

Samuel Humeniuk is responsible for fostering growth and facilitating development of client and vendor relations, as well as promoting the advancement of Wireless EDGE’s asset portfolio.

Mr. Humeniuk brings an array of business development expertise to the Wireless EDGE team. Before joining Wireless EDGE, Mr. Humeniuk was tasked with increasing market share and contract closure in multiple industries, including telecommunications towers, high-rise construction, and intellectual property law.

Mr. Humeniuk’s telecom experience brings a working knowledge of lease negotiations, site development, and carrier interaction in both regional and national context.

Mr. Humeniuk received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Texas Tech University. He currently serves as the president of a nonprofit, which provides scholarships to recent high school graduates from his hometown who wish to pursue higher education.

Caroline Warburton

Director of Site Development

Mrs. Warburton’s responsibilities include the lead of new telecommunications tower development and governmental tower project activities for Wireless EDGE’s growing tower portfolio. Mrs. Warburton’s is responsible for the delivery of new infrastructure projects including towers, rooftops and other development opportunities across Wireless EDGE’s nationwide portfolios. 

Mrs. Warburton brings an extensive and diverse background of 33 years of wireless experience to the Wireless EDGE team. Since May of 1990, Mrs. Warburton has held several positions in management, where she’s managed  teams of site acquisition specialists, A&E, leasing and zoning attorneys for wireless carrier network build-outs and upgrade projects throughout the New York Metro area, Westchester, Rockland, Yonkers, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. 

Mrs. Warburton obtained her American Bar Association approved Certification in Paralegal Studies with a focus on Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She also holds a license in Real Estate from the State of New Jersey, along with a New York State Broker License, from the State of New York Division of Licensing Services.

Involvement with the following organizations include either Mrs. Warburton’s contributions, volunteer time, sponsorships, and/or fundraising: New York Wireless Association, New Jersey Wireless Association, (WWLF) Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum, Purple Hearts, St. Jude and START Animal Rescue Team.
